NAN FORLER is a picture book author whose titles include Bird Child, Winterberries and Apple Blossoms, Trampoline Boy, and Rodney Was a Tortoise. Her books have earned starred reviews and been recognized with the Charlotte Zolotow Honor Book Award for Outstanding Writing in a Picture Book, the Nautilus Silver Medallion, and the Lion and the Unicorn Award for Excellence in North American Poetry. Nan lives in Waterloo with her family and a yorkie-poo named Alice.
